CERTPOINTVLS Administrator expedites the management and delivery of your training by empowering you to administer all aspects of the learning process. This structure enables you to deliver targeted learning to different parts of the organization and to delegate specific administrative tasks to local administrators.

Using built-in scheduling and enrollment tools, administrators create and schedule courses and events using an intuitive scheduling wizard that leads them through the process step-by-step. When classroom courses are scheduled, administrators set enrollment requirements, define wait lists and assign instructors and classroom facilities. Conflict checking for instructors and rooms prevents scheduling discrepancies.

Authorized managers, instructors and administrators can assign individuals and groups of students to curricula, competency tests, evaluations, surveys and individual courses. CERTPOINTVLS Administrator also supports the certification process by tracking the completion and expiration of user certifications.
