• User Management
  Retrieve a user’s properties, Find users that match specific properties, Create a user in the system, Update user properties, Delete a user, Add or remove a user from a level in the CERTPOINTVLS hierarchy, Get the levels that a user has
• System Administrator Management
  Add an administrator to a level in the CERTPOINTVLS hierarchy, Add or remove administrator permissions
• Level / Hierarchy Management
  Create a level in the CERTPOINTVLS hierarchy, Update a level in the CERTPOINTVLS hierarchy, Delete a level in the CERTPOINTVLS hierarchy, Search for a level in the CERTPOINTVLS hierarchy based on specific criteria
